The new generation Blur delivers 120mm of travel front and rear, a bump from the previous generation's 110mm. This increased capability comes paired with a more progressive leverage curve that reduces pedal bob while adding mid-stroke support, so climbing efficiency and descending confidence both improve. The modern XC geometry features a 66-degree head angle, 75-degree seat tube angle, and extended reach (475mm on a large) that create a longer, more stable ride feel. Geometry scales proportionally across every frame size for consistent, predictable handling from Small to Extra Large.
The premium Santa Cruz CC carbon layup represents the lightest and best carbon in the lineup, engineered for durability and performance across all builds with a lifetime warranty and no rider weight limit. Full-length internal cable routing keeps the front end clean and silent, while the updated glovebox frame storage lets you stow tools, tubes, snacks, or extra layers instantly. Top tube accessory mounts enable secure tool or CO2 canister mounting, dual bottle mounts keep you hydrated, and an integrated chain guide with downtube protector handles the rough stuff.
