About this bike
The R5 is Cervélo's climbing bike — the one their WorldTour riders reach for when the road tilts up and staying on a wheel matters more than cheating the wind. Where the S5 chases aerodynamics and the Soloist balances both, the R5 is unapologetically about weight and stiffness-to-weight. It is the lightest road frame Cervélo build, and you feel that the first time you get out of the saddle.

This is the halo build: Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 throughout, wireless electronic shifting with the sharpest, most consistent front shift in cycling. The frame is finished in Five Black with bronze detailing in a satin coat, paired with Cervélo's own all-carbon tapered R5 fork and SP33 carbon seatpost.
