Does the step-through frame affect performance?
No — same motor, battery, brakes, and electronics as the standard Level 4 REC. Only difference is the lowered top tube.
What's the difference between Level 4 REC and Level 4 ADV?
REC uses a 750W rear hub motor with regen braking and 75-mile range. ADV uses a mid-drive Ultro S motor with Autoshift and 110-mile range. REC is the value commuter; ADV is the premium hill-country/long-range option.
What's the warranty?
2 years on frame, components, and battery. Around the Cycle handles all warranty claims in-shop.
