Scott Scale 60

At the core is a lightweight alloy frame that delivers the responsive handling and climbing efficiency the Scale line is known for. While aluminum rather than carbon, the frame is engineered with the same design principles that define the entire Scale family: straightforward construction prioritizing function over flash, resulting in aggressive geometry and a bike that proudly shows off its characteristics. The alloy construction offers proven durability and reliability while keeping the price accessible for riders committed to cross-country riding without the premium investment.

The 100mm RockShox Judy suspension fork is purpose-built for cross-country riding, providing predictable, responsive performance across varied terrain. The fork absorbs impacts while maintaining the efficiency essential for climbing and sustained riding, making it an ideal match for this platform. Shimano Deore mechanical drivetrain with Prowheel crankset delivers reliable, straightforward shifting that's intuitive for riders new to mountain biking while remaining responsive for more experienced racers. The integrated Syncros Fraser iC Combo cockpit maintains the clean, integrated design of the Scale line, reducing weight and visual clutter.

The proven Scale geometry delivers confident, responsive handling at speed. Well-balanced head tube angle and short rear center combine with optimal seat tube positioning to provide powerful yet comfortable climbing stance, while maintaining the precision control needed for technical sections. Alex Rims X25 wheels complete a complete package engineered for riders ready to embrace serious cross-country riding.

The Scale 60 is your entry to a lineage of purpose-built XC hardtails—accessible, capable, and genuinely ready for whatever trails await.
