Built on a lightweight Walker 12 Junior Alloy 6061 frame with a protective footplate, the Contessa Walker offers a durable yet approachable platform for developing riders. The low standover height and stable geometry allow children to easily place their feet on the ground, providing the security and confidence needed to master balance at their own pace.

The integrated footplate gives young riders a place to rest their feet once momentum is gained, encouraging proper body positioning and introducing the sensation of gliding—an important step before learning to pedal. The aluminum construction keeps the bike light enough for small riders to maneuver independently while remaining durable enough to handle the bumps and tumbles of early riding experiences.

Perfect for introducing children to the joy of cycling, the Scott Contessa Walker makes learning to balance intuitive and enjoyable. By mastering balance first, young riders develop the core skills that make the transition to a pedal bike seamless and natural, setting them up for long-term cycling success.
