Lightweight Drivetrain: Moving to a double drivetrain saves considerable wwight over it's triple predecessor. A shimano Claris 2 x 8-Speed drivetrain coupled with a shimano Acera rear derailleur maintains a wide range of gear ratios.
Lowrider: A traditional AtranVelo Explorer Front pannier rack keeps luggage as low as possible to maintain the Tour De Fer's sublime handling when fully loaded.
Accessorised: Fitted mudguards, front and rear luggage racks, dynamo cable routing and comfortable 40mm Vittoria Randonneur tyures complete the tour ready specification. The Tour de fer even comes with spare spokes.
