The Gates carbon belt replaces the chain entirely, meaning no lube, no rust, and a drivetrain that lasts several times longer under daily use. The stepless hub allows you to twist to any gearing ratio without indexing clicks. It works more like a volume knob than a traditional gear click—continuous, not indexed.
